Delawares regulated online gaming sector experienced a surge in earnings during July, despite a notable decrease in player spending compared to the same period last year.
Overall revenue for July reached $288,675, a significant increase from the $248,240 recorded in the previous year. This figure also represents a substantial rise from June 2019, which marked the lowest total for the current year at $257,26.
However, player expenditures exhibited a substantial decline this year. In July, online wagers amounted to $7.92 million, a considerable drop from the $17.92 million recorded in 2018. Player winnings also experienced a decrease, falling from $17.7 million to $7.66 million.
