The Caesars Entertainment pop-up, Danville Casino, just had its grand opening!

A multitude of locals, alongside some prominent figures, gathered for the festivities. This fresh Caesars venue in Danville formally welcomed the public on May 15th.

Notable attendees included Danville’s Mayor, Alonzo Jones, several Caesars executives, Virginia Delegate Danny Marshall, and Chief Richard French of the Cherokee Nation.

Chris Albrecht, a high-ranking official at both Danville Casino and Caesars Virginia, remarked, “At Caesars, we prioritize collaboration, and this launch is a testament to the immense efforts of our team and associates.” He continued, “We are incredibly appreciative of the overwhelming support and eager to showcase the exceptional service Caesars is renowned for to Danville.”

This interim casino boasts an expansive 40,000 square feet. It features over 700 slot machines, blackjack and poker tables, electronic gaming options, sports wagering facilities, and even a selection of dining establishments. The highlight? It operates around the clock, just like their Stack eatery!

The iconic Caesars rewards program is making its debut in Danville. Patrons can accumulate and utilize points while experiencing the pop-up casino.

Scheduled to open its doors in late 2024, the permanent Caesars Virginia destination will be a gaming enthusiast’s dream. Amenities include a dedicated World Series of Poker space, a lavish 500-room hotel complete with a spa and aquatic center, and a cutting-edge performance venue.

This announcement follows closely behind Caesars Entertainment’s report of a 21% surge in revenue for the initial quarter of 2023. The future appears bright for the entertainment powerhouse!
