US-based sports wagering firm, Crab Sports, has teamed up with iGaming hosting company, Internet Vikings, for their Maryland debut. This collaboration, formalized in July 2022, seeks to have their digital sports betting platform operational before the year’s end.
Internet Vikings will furnish Crab Sports with its cloud hosting services. Rickard Vikström, Chief Executive Officer of Internet Vikings, views Maryland as a profitable venture for both entities. He stressed the fierce competition within the thriving American iGaming and online sports betting sector, noting that both industry titans and emerging contenders are striving for market share. Agility and adaptability are paramount in this environment.
Vikström emphasized Internet Vikings’ dedication to staying ahead of the game, having already secured the essential infrastructure to assist clients such as Crab Sports from the outset in new markets.
Derek Baker, a co-founder of Crab Sports, reiterated the significance of a nimble and cooperative partner, especially for a fledgling enterprise like theirs.
We are incredibly pleased with IV. Their team has demonstrated exceptional adaptability in accommodating the growth of our hosting infrastructure since our initial agreement.”
Internet Vikings, a hosting company experiencing rapid expansion, recently unveiled its entry into the New York and Mississippi markets.
Regarding the development, Vikström remarked, “Establishing a presence in New York City was a pivotal move for Internet Vikings, but frankly, the outcomes have surpassed our wildest projections.”
