Bison Slots Charge onto Garden State Displays with BetMGM

The immensely popular Bison slot machine, a fixture in gambling venues for over a decade, has finally gone digital thanks to Aristocrat’s Anaxi branch and BetMGM.

In honor of Bison’s 10th anniversary, BetMGM is delivering the excitement of the game to Garden State players virtually. Reimagined for internet play by Anaxi, Aristocrat’s online real-money gaming division, the game is also slated to debut in the Keystone State and the Wolverine State shortly.

This launch is the initial product of a collaboration signed between Anaxi and BetMGM this past February, joining two of the largest entities in North American iGaming.

“We’re delighted to release Bison online,” stated Cath Burns, Chief Operating Officer of Anaxi. “BetMGM users can now enjoy this legendary game anytime, anywhere.”

Matt Prevost, Chief Revenue Officer at BetMGM, added, “BetMGM is pleased to be the first online residence of Bison. We’re anticipating this game to be a massive success in New Jersey and beyond as we introduce it to other states.” He highlighted how Anaxi has “preserved the rapid elements players adore about Bison,” making it available to a fresh cohort of players.

This announcement follows closely on the heels of BetMGM’s recent entry into the United Kingdom with its online sports wagering platform.

Moreover, the business is not leveraging Entain’s framework for this rollout as it does in the United States and Canada.

After the UK declaration, an Entain spokesperson conveyed, ‘Entain manages a collection of recognized and prominent brands with a robust digital and physical footprint. We do not anticipate this fresh product introduction to significantly affect our enterprise or market dominance.”
